Shipping Policy
We only ship orders to Portugal (mainland and islands) and Spain.
For all orders after payment has been received, shipping will be handled by one of our carriers (CTT, MRW, FedEx, Nacex, GLS, Correos, or another).
For deliveries via CTT Expresso, customers are notified during the delivery process, receiving a PIN that must be presented upon delivery.
If CTT Expresso is unable to make the delivery, a Delivery Notice is left in the mailbox and the package is sent to the post office nearest to the recipient's address.
For other carriers, you can track the shipment status directly on their page using the tracking number provided to you by Nozama.
If delivery is not possible with any of the shipping companies, the package will be available for pickup for 5 business days. After this period, your package will be returned to the sender.
