At NOZAMA you can buy products considered OUTLET items, classified with labels of various colors depending on their condition and origin.
All products are original and 100% functional.

Product classification:

BLACK LABEL – Discontinued products, out of production, out of catalog, or last units.

Products in brand new condition, in their original, sealed packaging, just as they come from the factory. These products are offered for sale in a special way because they are being replaced by newer series, are no longer manufactured, or are no longer in the catalog.

RED LABEL – Products are sealed, unused, but the packaging has marks or is slightly damaged.

This classification refers to products that may have some soiling on the outside of the packaging due to transport, storage, or display. They may also contain traces of price tags or the security seal of authorized distributors. The products have not been used, are sealed, and packaged in their original boxes as sold in an authorized store.
The vast majority of products with this classification come from customer returns.

GREEN LABEL – Products with opened packaging

 Products with opened boxes, but unused. Even so, they are checked and tested by our technical services, who guarantee that they are in perfect condition and working order.

BLUE LABEL – Products without original packaging

This type of product is sold without its original packaging because it has been damaged. These are products subject to special promotions or from exhibitions, but they have been evaluated by the official technical service, guaranteeing their proper functioning.


Guarantee:
All products are guaranteed from the moment of purchase, and repair or replacement is only accepted within the same Outlet classification. If repair/replacement is not possible, the purchase price of the product will be refunded.
